Jerry Sandusky was charged in early November with abusing eight boys, some on campus over 15 years.
The allegations led to the firing of Joe Paterno and Penn State University President Graham Spanier.
Investigators say high-level people at Penn State knew one of the alleged victims.
Sandusky’s attorney said there was no cover-up, calling it ridiculous.
Joe Amendola told 6 News his client had recent contact with at least half of the alleged victims named in the grand jury report.
Last week an attorney for one of the alleged victims asked the court to seal his identity.
“My understanding is that is the alleged victim number two, who sat in my office three weeks ago and said he was a non-victim”, said Amendola.
According to the grand jury report, Victim 2’s story is among the most shocking.
