Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

An incident of criminal mischief occurred sometime between 11:30 p.m. Nov. 19 and 12 p.m. Nov. 20 in the 500 block of East Spruce Street in Philipsburg Borough, Centre County. A person allegedly threw a rock through the front driver’s side window of a 44-year-old Philipsburg man’s vehicle before fleeing the scene. Damage is estimated at $200.
