Police Report: Ridgway PSP

An incident of theft by unlawful taking occurred sometime between 7 a.m. Nov. 2 and 7 a.m. Saturday in Jay Township, Elk County. Two known Elk County suspects went into a building along Gontero Road. While they were there, they allegedly removed several appliances, a hot water tank and approximately 30 feet of half-inch copper pipe before fleeing the incident. The incident remains under investigation at this time.
