Damon A. Adams, age 36, South Main Street in DuBois, PA died Thursday, November 17, 2011 at U.P.M.C. Passavant Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA.
Born on October 8, 1975 in Clearfield, PA, he was the son of the late Wilmont Adams and Linda (Swatsworth) Adams. Mrs. Adams survives and lives in Allison Park, PA.
On October 21, 2000, he married Jennifer L. (Rieg) Adams. She survives.
He enjoyed coaching T-ball, playing golf, and spending time with his kids.
In addition to his mother and his wife, he is survived by three sons, Gavin Adams, Gabriel Adams, and Grant Adams all of DuBois, PA and three brothers, Jake Adams and his wife, Jennifer of Youngstown-Rensonville, NY, Christopher Adams and his wife, Beth of Fredericksburg, VA and Scott Adams and his wife, Amy of Blythesville, AK.
He was preceded in death by his father.
There will be no public visitation.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 19, 2011 at 1 P.M. from the Treasure Lake Church with Pastor Dick Whitaker officiating.
