PHILIPSBURG – An armed robbery at a local pharmacy is under investigation by law enforcement.
According to the state police in Philipsburg, on Wednesday morning at 9:20 a.m., two people entered Grattan’s Pharmacy brandishing firearms and demanding drugs. Police said at least three employees were confronted by one of the robbers. The suspects fled the store with an undisclosed amount of drugs.
The robbers were described as white males with slim builds, about 5 feet, 10 inches tall and they were wearing hooded sweatshirts. Police said the hoods were pulled up and the males covered their faces.
