CLEARFIELD – The Lawrence Township Supervisors agreed on Tuesday night to have the township’s codes available online.
The decision came after a few weeks of considering an offer from the company that publishes the township’s code book. The company, General Code, is out of Rochester, NY. The initial cost of getting the code prepared in a database is $1,495. The yearly upkeep cost after that is $995. The township supervisors plans on placing a link on the township’s Web site that will make the code available. Â
Code Enforcement Officer Agatha Lauder-English stated she was unsure when the link and online code would be available. She encouraged those interested in using the service to frequently check the township’s Web site.
