Dozens of parents, students and community members enjoyed a night of student artwork and performances during Philipsburg-Osceola Area School District’s Arts Gala at Holt Library on Front Street in Philipsburg on Oct. 27. Student-made exhibits remain on display at the library and will rotate throughout the school year. More Arts Galas are planned in the future. This project is supported through a grant from the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, which paid for the displays and exhibit materials
