At 1:08 p.m. Tuesday, a two-vehicle accident was reported on U.S. Route 322 in Bradford Township, Clearfield County. An 80-year-old Clearfield woman was traveling eastbound and attempting a left turn into a parking lot when she entered the path of a vehicle driven by Clinton Goss, 49, of Clearfield. All occupants were wearing their seatbelts at the time and weren’t injured in the mishap. Both vehicles were towed from the scene. The woman was cited for vehicle turning left.
An incident of disorderly conduct was reported at 4:20 p.m. Tuesday on Hanna Street in Woodward Township, Clearfield County. A 20-year-old Houtzdale male was cited after playing his music at a loud volume. The citation was filed though the district court in Houtzdale.
An incident of theft occurred sometime between Sept. 26 and Oct. 12 at Clearfield County Metal LLC in Morris Township, Clearfield County. A 31-year-old Curwensville man worked for the victim and allegedly delivered metal construction materials to customers and accepted payment. The suspect then allegedly failed to deliver the payment to the victim. The investigation is continuing at this time.
An incident of harassment reportedly occurred sometime between 1:47 a.m. and 2:53 a.m. Nov. 2 at residence along the Morrisdale – Allport Highway in Morris Township, Clearfield County. A 39-year-old Falls Creek woman engaged in a course of conduct and reportedly committed acts that served no legitimate purpose to a 36-year-old Morrisdale woman. The accused was charged with harassment at the district court in Kylertown.
No injuries were reported following a single-vehicle accident at 10:19 a.m. Wednesday along Route 322 in Pine Township, Clearfield County. A 23-year-old Punxsutawney woman was traveling eastbound when a deer directly entered the path of her vehicle, which collided with the animal, and smashed its windshield. The woman was wearing her seatbelt at the time of the accident. Her vehicle was towed from the scene. She was cited for carrying license while operating a vehicle.
