Ballots have been cast and the results are in.
In an extremely close race for Clearfield County District Attorney, incumbent William A. Shaw Jr. (D, 8,066Â votes) edged out opponent Kim Kesner (R, 7,913Â votes) to remain district attorney.
In the County Commissioner race, incumbents John Sobel (R, 7,925 votes), Joan Robinson-McMillen (R, 6,858Â votes)Â and Mark McCracken (D, 7,150Â votes)Â will return. Challenger Paul “PJ” Monella (D) finished close behind McMillen with 6,567Â votes.
In the County Coroner race, Mike Morris (R) won with 9,203 votes while challenger Leo Nedza (D) received 6,459.
