Police Report: Clearfield PSP

An incident of driving under the influence reportedly occurred at 2 a.m. Saturday along state Route 879 in Lawrence Township, Clearfield County. A 24-year-old Philipsburg man was stopped for a traffic violation. As state police spoke with the man, they found him to be under the influence of alcohol. He was taken into custody and transported to the Clearfield Hospital for a legal blood draw. Charges are currently pending the results of the blood test.
An incident of harassment reportedly occurred at 7 p.m. Friday on Spruce Street in Bigler Township, Clearfield County. A known 38-year-old female was assaulted following an argument, and a known 42-year-old male was charged with harassment.
