Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

No injuries were reported following a two-vehicle accident at 2:13 p.m. Thursday along U.S. Route 322 at Railroad Street in Philipsburg Borough, Centre County. A vehicle operated by John Seacrist, 27, of Dayton, OH was traveling west on Route 322, while Rodney Krause, 72, of Philipsburg was traveling south on Railroad Street. Seacrist failed to bring his vehicle to a stop when approaching a red light. It entered the intersection at which time it was struck by the Krause vehicle.
