Police Report: Clearfield Borough

An assault occurred on Turnpike Avenue when a female juvenile assaulted a younger sibling. No injuries were reported.
An assault occurred on Merrill Street, where a 21-year-old male assaulted his 19-year-old brother. The victim was treated at the Clearfield Hospital for minor injuries. Charges will be filed.
A hit-and-run accident was reported in the parking lot of the J.G. Food Warehouse. A red Chevrolet Impala was struck between 10:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. Tuesday. Anyone with information about the accident is asked to contact police.
An incident of harassment by text messaging was reported after a Clearfield female received unwanted text messages from an unknown person.
Police received a complaint about motorcycles being operated on private property without permission from the owner. The operator was given a verbal warning.
