CLEARFIELD – A 78-year-old Clearfield man accused of flashing a 10-year-old boy twice had a hearing on Wednesday.
Merril Lumadue faces charges of indecent exposure, open lewdness and disorderly conduct.
The alleged victim in the case, now 11, testified that in May he was walking by Lumadue’s when the man dropped his pants to his knees and said, “Come here baby.”
He testified a similar event occurred in June.
Magisterial District Judge James Hawkins bound all charges to the next term of court. Lumadue remains in Clearfield County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail.
According to court records, Lumadue has been sentenced on similar charges in the past.
