Police Report: LTPD

Police received a report of a possible phone scam. A resident stated that they received a call in which the caller stated they had an issue with the resident’s checking account number and needed it verified.
Police assisted a towing company with trying to locate a truck that was hung up on Old Erie Pike. Officers checked and were unable to locate the truck.
Police received a report of a disabled vehicle at the Wolf Run intersection. The vehicle was removed by the owner.
Police received a report of an attempted robbery at a local business. The investigation continues.
Police received a report of a traffic complaint on the mountian. Officers have a registration number and the investigation continues.
Police received a report of trespass by motor vehicle at the rear of a Washington Avenue residence.
Police assisted the Sheriff’s Office with attempting to serve a protection from abuse order on township resident.
Police received a call for harassment regarding a local man who continues to get unwanted calls. Officers provided information so the calls could be traced.
Police were alled for traffic control on Daisy Street. A power outage interrupted the function of the traffic lights. Officers provided traffic control until relieved by the fire police. The township road crew provided temporary power from a generator to get the lights working until service was restored.
Police received a tailgaiting complaint on Washington Avenue.
Police attempted to serve a PFA. The person was not home.
