A suspicious vehicle was reported on South Fourth Street. The occupants indicated they’d pulled off the road to talk.
A motor accident reportedly occurred on North Third Street when a vehicle was traveling north, while another was parked along the street. As the first vehicle passed, its passenger’s side mirror struck the driver’s side mirror of the parked vehicle.
A parking complaint was reported on School Avenue.
