CLEARFIELD – Tickets for Oktofurfest, the Clearfield County SPCA’s microbrew tasting festival, will be on sale at the Waggin’ Trains booth at the Mountain Laurel Kennel Club’s Canine Carnival on Saturday at the VFW Picnic Grounds, Clearfield, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Oktofurfest is set for Oct. 22 at Florian Hall, 321 Mill Road, Clearfield, with two tastings from 1-4 and 5-8 p.m. A variety of beer-complimenting food will be available, along with coffee and cookies.

Tickets are $15 and are also available at Jack’s Distributing, Ethan’s Cafe, Buster’s, Gray Engine Service, Thompson and Buck, Tan Zone, Waggin’ Trains and Drayer Physical Therapy, all in Clearfield; Goodman’s Foodliner in Curwensville, D&G Groceries in Mahaffey, Factory Carpet Outlet and the SPCA Shelter, both in Philipsburg; Leyo’s in Coalport; L.C. Jordan’s in Frenchville; Moshannon Valley Floral and Gift Shoppe in Houtzdale ; Fezell’s Shop and Save in DuBois; and Mountainview Marketplace in Kylertown.
