Sept. 5, 2011
- Treasure Lake Security reported that someone broke into a maintenance building at the stump dump and there was a vehicle stuck ona large rock pile. While on officers were on scene, two 19-year-old men arrived to retrieve the vehicle and admitted to breaking into the building to get items to get their vehicle unstuck. Charges were filed.
- Officers received a report of a man walking down the Bee Line Highway in his underwear. The 45-year-old DuBois man was found walking near Morning Side Cemetery in a T-shirt and Under Armor-type underwear. He had been drinking and reported that his wife dropped him off so he could get some exercise. Charges are pending.
- Officers received a report of a white man dressed in jeans and a black T-shirt driving away from the tie plant on Larkeytown Road with two 40 pound tanks and their attachments in his trunk. He was gone when officers arrived.
- A 19-year-old Home Camp Road woman reported that her ex-boyfriend was harassing her and driving by her house. Officers handled without incident.
Sept. 6, 2011
- Someone removed 10 rims and tires from three Freightliner tanker trucks at Murray Freightliner.
- The caretaker of a Kilmer Road home reported that someone broke into the home and ransacked it. Nothing appeared stolen.
- A 29-year-old Denton Avenue woman reported that someone took her daughter’s ADHD medication.
- A 21-year-old Rockton man was unable to stop on a wet roadway and hit the vehicle in front of him. Minor injuries were reported.
- A 23-year-old Stump Creek woman was unable to stop her vehicle in time to avoid a vehicle in front of her that was driven by a 79-year-old Punxsutawney woman. No injuries were reported.
- A 22-year-old Hanes Drive man was revving his truck and disturbing his neighbors.
