- Police were contacted about a possible threat of suicide. The female was determined to be in West Virginia, and police contacted the local police department to check on her.
- Police were contacted about an incident that involved civil issues, and the caller was referred to the magistrate’s office.
- Subpoenas were served for an upcoming criminal matter.
- An incident of harassment was reported and determined it had occurred in another jurisdiction. The victim was referred to the appropriate agency.
- Police are currently investigating several reported incidences of harassment that occurred on Washington Avenue. The identity of the suspect is known, and charges are currently pending.
- Police responded to Montgomery Run Road for a reported dog that ran into the side of a moving vehicle. The driver contacted police to search for the animal, as it had left the scene. Police searched the area but couldn’t locate the dog.
- An incident of theft was reported in the East End area and spoke with all parties involved. Police determined that it had been a misunderstanding.
- Police are searching for a runaway juvenile, Nicholas Ogden, 15, whom was last seen at his residence on Poplar Avenue around 4 p.m. Monday. Police searched the area with negative results. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 814-765-1533.
- Police are investigating an incident of fraud and theft in which a local woman was the victim of more than $5,000 worth of stolen checks and other Sundry items. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
