COOPER TOWNSHIP – A 52-year-old Drifting man who was reported missing at 6:20 p.m. Sunday has been located in good condition, the Clearfield-based state police reported.
State police identified the man as Wayne Lee Parks, 52, of Drifting. According to the initial report, Parks had last been seen in the area of German Road, Cooper Township at approximately 7:30 p.m. Saturday.
