Clearfield–Joseph B. Bower, Jr., President and CEO of CNB Bank, announces that Financial Consultant, Shawn Amblod will now serve the Philipsburg, Moshannon Valley, DuBois and Punxsutawney areas.
Mr. Amblod will provide CNB Bank customers with professional advice and guidance to help them meet their individual financial goals. In today’s complex financial markets, Mr. Amblod will help customers to understand all their investment options and opportunities. Whether the goal is to maximize earnings, provide income or reduce tax payments, Shawn will assist them within these markets.
A native of Vandergrift, PA, Shawn graduated from Kiski Area High School in 1983. He earned a B.S. in Psychology from Point Park University in Pittsburgh, PA in 1989 and a graduate degree in the same from Duquesne University in1990. He has been an Investment Banker in the local area and holds numerous certifications in securities series 7 and 63, life, health, disability income insurances and annuities. Prior to that, Mr. Amblod was a Federal Law Enforcement Officer.

Shawn currently resides in DuBois with his wife, Stephanie, and are members of the Christ Lutheran Church in DuBois. Shawn has three children, Garrett, Alyssa and Benjamin.
