Police Report: DuBois PSP

Sometime between May 25 and Monday, a 47-year-old Luthersburg man’s credit card information was fraudulently obtained and used over the Internet. The victim lost approximately $3,000. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
A 57-year-old Brockway man allegedly threw an object and struck a 55-year-old Brockway woman, while they engaged in a verbal argument Monday evening. The man was cited for summary harassment through the district court.
An investigation is currently under way into an incident of scrap metal theft that occurred sometime between 5:30 p.m. June 30 and 7 a.m. Friday at B&B Recycling along state Route 950 in Winslow Township. Anyone with information about this incident or any other scrap metal thefts is asked to contact the DuBois-based state police at 814-371-4652.
