- Two Philipsburg residents reported that someone scratched paint from their vehicles while they were parked along the 200 block of North Fifth Street.
- A Woodland man did four donuts with his 1991 Ford Mustang in the parking lot of the Mt. Top Fire Company in Sandy Ridge. The parking lot was recently paved and damage is estimated at $150. The Woodland man was cited.
