DUBOIS – In something comparable to a scene from a tornado movie, a DuBois woman attempted to avoid being blown away by high winds while lying on the ground and holding onto the grass. But unlike the movies, there weren’t any cameras or special effects, and no one was in any immediate danger.
According to the DuBois City Police Department, a highly intoxicated 52-year-old DuBois woman was found holding onto the grass so that she wouldn’t be blown away. The woman was arrested for public drunkenness and transported by ambulance to the DuBois Regional Medical Center – West because of her high level of intoxication.
