I have a hard time understanding why indivisuals feel the need to destroy something that is an asset to the community. Lawrence Township has a beautiful Recreational Park for everyone to enjoy using. We have had vandlism from ATV’s, individuals putting all types of items in the garbage dumpster or leaving garbage on the ground. They have damaged doors and destroyed locks on the concession stand. Now they feel the need to destroy the flower beds by pulling out newly planted flowers.
WHY? The Board of Supervisors and the township Recreational Park Board have worked hard to give the citizens of the area a nice place to go to and relax, enjoy a ballgame or let their children play. We just ask that you respect our park and treat it as your own backyard and not some garbage dump.
