A woman on May 29 reported that she was babysitting at a friend’s house on Smithfield Street when the neighbors were having a loud party with a lot of swearing. Officers couldn’t locate the party.
On Monday, a 42-year-old Kittanning woman was observed by Wal-Mart employees trying to leave the store without paying for $45.19 worth of merchandise. The woman was cited and released.

On Monday, a DuBois man was observed by officers driving through a stop sign coming from Hungry Hollow Road onto the Bee Line Highway. The vehicle was not properly registered, and a 33-year-old Judge Road man was cited.
Officers received a report on Monday about a 40-year-old woman who was fighting with residents of an Oklahoma Salem Road home. The woman was gone upon officers’ arrival and the situation was handled without incident.
