Joseph M. Russin, 82, of Madera, passed away at 4:25 a.m., May 28, 2011 at Mount Nittany Medical Center, State College.
He was born on Sept. 8, 1928 in Madera a son of the late Wasco and Anna (Stanko) Russin. He worked as a heavy equipment operator in the construction industry and was known as a “One Man Band”.Â
Joe was a social member of the Madera V.F.W., a social member of the Houtzdale American Legion, he was a member of the Madera MOOSE and the Smoke Run Croatian Club.Â
He was the last of his generation having been preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Mary; a brother, John and a nephew.
