A single-vehicle, DUI-related accident was investigated by state police at 9:50 p.m. Monday along Nelson Road in Graham Township. A 20-year-old Morrisdale man was attempting to push-start his 1988 Ford Ranger. He coasted the pick-up and tried to “pop” the clutch to engage it. Once his pick-up truck was engaged, he lost control and crossed Nelson Road, striking the front porch of a residence. He was found under the influence of alcohol and taken into custody for suspicion of DUI. Charges are currently pending the results of a legal blood draw.
