- A 17-25 year-old male was seen standing on a front porch of a residence on East Sherman Avenue. Whe he saw the homeowner, he fled. Upon further inspection it was found that he had placed a ladder up to a window and tried to gain entry.
- Sometime overnight, someone entered an occupied residence on Washington Avenue and stole tools that were being used for remodeling.
- A DuBois man was contacted by a woman advising him his deceased mother was owed money by a pharmaceutical company in the amount of $550,000. He was to wire the money to a location in order to receive the his mother’s award.

- An alarm was set off by a maintenance worker at the Veteran’s Clinic.
May 8, 2011
- A 52-year-old DuBois man punched and kneed in the face a 26-year-old DuBois man. The younger man then slit his arm with a knife. He was treated at DRMC then taken to jail. The older man was also treated for a severe eye injury.
- A 35-year-old Falls Creek man was cited for public drunkenness when he was found staggering in and out of traffic on South Main Street.
- Police responded to an alarm at Farmer’s National Bank on Beaver Drive. The building was found to be secure.
- Someone broke into the concession stand at the DuBois Sr. League Field and stole items.
