STATE COLLEGE – A 23-year-old State College man accused of drug-related charges waived his right to a preliminary hearing Wednesday at the Centre County Courthouse.

The Philipsburg-based state police identified the defendant as Bradley S. Hansen, 23, of State College. On April 12, he was charged with four counts each of possession with intent to deliver marijuana and possession of marijuana.

In addition, he’s been charged with three counts of delivery of marijuana and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, state police said.

Between October and December in 2010, the Pennsylvania State Police’s Troop G Vice and Narcotic Unit conducted an investigation into the distribution of marijuana in the State College area.

Three controlled purchases of marijuana were made from Hansen during the said timeframe, the state police said.  In December 2010, a search warrant was executed at Hansen’s residence. During the search, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and $4,955 in US Currency were seized as evidence.
