A 23-year-old State College male was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol at 12:25 a.m. Monday on Interstate 99 at mile marker 58.5 northbound. Charges were filed through the district court.
A 40-year-old Coalport man and a 42-year-old Munson woman arrived at a Lochlomond Road apartment at 5:20 p.m. Monday to remove property that belonged to the woman’s son. They advised state police that a 30-year-old Philipsburg man attacked and verbally threatened them. Charges were filed for harassment and disorderly conduct.
The Philipsburg-based state police responded to the report of an unresponsive woman at 8 a.m. April 14 at the Bock’s Tea Room parking lot. She was reportedly found intoxicated and taken via ambulance to the Mount Nittany Medical Center for treatment. She faces summary charges for public drunkenness.
