FALLS CREEK – A 25-year-old man was on Tuesday charged with endangering the welfare of a child, simple assault and harassment at a Falls Creek residence.
Blair Melvin Christian, 25, of Falls Creek was charged by the DuBois-based state police after he threw a 3-year-old girl on the floor, causing her chin to split open.
Christian was arraigned through the district court in Reynoldsville. His bail was set at $15,000 unsecured.
He awaits his preliminary hearing, which has been scheduled for 10 a.m. April 26 before Magisterial District Judge David B. Inzana.
