HYDE – The Clearfield Area High School baseball and softball games against Huntingdon Wednesday were postponed for the third time because of rain.

Both Mountain League Allegheny Division contests have been rescheduled.

Athletic director Robert Gearhart announced that the boys will host the Bearcats Thursday, May 5, at 4:15 p.m. while the girls will travel to Huntingdon Thursday, May 12, for a 4 p.m. start.

Both Clearfield teams are slated to play Juniata in Mountain League crossover games Wednesday, the Lady Bisons at home with the first pitch set for 4:15 p.m. and the Bisons at Mifflintown.Â

Gearhart also announced the Lady Bisons’ make-up game at Lewistown slated for Thursday has been moved to Monday at 2 p.m. as the first game of a double-header. The Clearfield girls will make the short trip to Highland Park to play their regularly scheduled game against Indian Valley at 4:30.
