JONES TOWNSHIP – The state police in Ridgway are investigating a shooting incident that occurred early Sunday morning.
According to police, the incident occurred at a residence on Glen Hazel Road. Police stated that the wound was self inflicted by a 50-year-old man. He was transported to UPMC for treatment.
Police were assisted at the scene by St. Marys Emergency Medical Services, Jones Township Ambulance and Volunteer Fire Department.
