CLEARFIELD – Borough police arrested Terry Lenhart of Clearfield for giving false reports to law enforcement and other related charges after an incident that occurred on Monday morning.
According to the report, police were called by Lenhart to his residence after he stated that he saw someone in his apartment holding his neighbor at gun point. Police responded and set up a perimeter around Lenhart’s residence for approximately one hour. Eventually police gained access to the apartment and conducted a search but were unable to find the alleged actor or victim. Police later spoke with the neighbor who said that he was not home at the time of the incident.
Lenhart was taken into custody, arraigned and lodged in the Clearfield County Jail on $5,000 bail.
