Virginia P. Molley, 89, of Philipsburg died Thursday at the Mount Nittany Medical Center, State College. She was the last of her generation.
Born July 29, 1921 in Houtzdale, she was the daughter of the late Gust and Ethel (Saunders) Faust. She was of the Protestant faith.
Mrs. Molley was a homemaker and had worked at the former general cigar factory
She was married to George A. “Mose” Molley Sept. 25, 1954 in Winchester, VA. He preceded her in death July 13, 1993.
Mrs. Molley is survived by one step-son, Albert Brelo of Philipsburg; two sisters-in-law, Ricky Faust and Ann Faust; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, three brothers, Bill, Lester and Bob and one sister, Elizabeth.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the David K. Dahlgren Funeral Home, 228 N. Centre St. Philipsburg, with the Rev. Brenda K. Leigey officiating.
Burial will be in the Philipsburg Cemetery. Friends will be received from 6 – 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
