Police Report: Ridgway PSP

Police reported an incident of theft by unlawful taking or disposition that occurred sometime between 7:30 a.m. March 21 and 12 p.m. March 23 at the Paper City Car Wash in Ridgway Township Elk County. A person(s) allegedly removed the coin box from a change machine. Total value of the theft is $100.
