CLEARFIELD – On the eve of the Central PA Outdoor and Sportsmen’s Show and the annul March Madness shopping event, three businesses that have served the outdoor community were honored.
The owners of Bob’s Army & Navy, Jim’s Sports Center and Grice Gun Shop were given plaques by the Clearfield County Commissioners. The three businesses have been in the Clearfield community for well over 100 years.
“They’ve been here forever,” said Commissioner Chair Joan Robinson-McMillen.
She also commented on their charitable contributions within the community.
“They’ve stepped to the plate,” said McMille. “We would like to say thank you.”
