CLEARFIELD – The Central PA Outdoor & Sports Show begins this weekend, kicking off today.
The show, presented by Budweiser, will be held Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday in the Expo II building of the Clearfield County Fairgrounds.
Attendees will have the opportunity to take in some great exhibits such as boats, fishing, ATV and archery dealers; schedule a fishing charter in Canada or a hunting trip with some guides to the wild, and even take a virtual tour of a wilderness lodge in Newfoundland. Local participants and area attractions will also be featured at the show.
In addition to the many exhibitors, outdoor enthusiasts can take part in dozens of seminars from food plotting to fly-casting, turkey calling. Children’s activities are also on tap to include cap-gun target practice, children’s archery and Biller’s trout fishing pond for the wee anglers, and the NRA “Eddie Eagle Gun Safety Program” will be presented by the Mifflin County Sherriff’s Department.
