Police are investigating a hit-and-run that occurred in front of the Clearfield County Courthouse.
Police received a report of a possible scam.
At 8 p.m. police arrested Amanda Sue Reams on a warrant for DUI. She was located on West Pine Street, arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rudella and released on $1,500 unsecured bail.
Police were twice called for a report of loud noise coming from an apartment on East Market Street. The responsible person is known and further complaints will result in charges
