- Police reported a two-vehicle accident that occurred at the intersection of Fulton and West Front Street. Minor injuries were reported; damage was severe to both vehicles.
- Police reported an incident of criminal mischief that occurred at a business on Second Street. Unknown person(s) damaged a sign at the business.

- Police were assisted by the Morris-Cooper Police Department in serving a warrant for a male who was wanted for harassment.
- Police reported a 911 hang-up call at the Mental Health/Mental Retardation building on Leonard Street. Officers spoke with the individuals who had accidentally dialed 911.
- Police reported being contacted by a motorist after their windshield was cracked, when a rock fell from a coal truck on the state Route 879 bypass.
- Police reported a stolen vehicle, which was from the Punxsutawney-based state police area, supposed to be at the mall. Officers searched the parking lot fro the vehicle as well as inside the mall for the occupants. Neither was located by police.
- Police reported a four-wheeler being operated on the roadway along Powell Avenue.
- Police checked the welfare of a female on Palmer Street.
- Police reported an incident of criminal mischief that was received from a Hyde resident.
- Police were dispatched to the Clearfield Middle School for reported students who were using a controlled substance.
- Police were called to the Sheetz store located on state Route 879 for the stolen vehicle and missing juvenile that was reported to the township from the Punxsutawney-based state police. The vehicle was gone prior to police arrival.
- Police were dispatched for an incident of harassment by communication. The incident is still under investigation.
- Police were dispatched for an incident of criminal mischief that was later listed as a civil issue.
- Police were called about a suspicious vehicle on Turnpike Avenue.
- Police received a request for extra patrols on Turnpike because of the suspicious vehicle and or activity.
- Police were asked to assist with an attempt to locate a missing juvenile.
- Police were dispatched for a report of speeding and erratic driving on U.S. Route 322 and state Route 153 and Flegal Road. The investigation is ongoing.
