Paul H. English Sr., 60 of Bigler, passed away on March 20, 2011.
Born on Sept. 24, 1950, he was the son of the late Lawrence Dale English and Esther (Albert) English Stevens.
He was of Christian faith and a life member of the Bigler-Jackson-Woodland Fire Company; he worked as a welder for NARCO in Curwensville.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Lawrence and Howard English.
He is survived by grandchildren Destiney, Samantha and Bethany Foster; Alisha, Kirsten, Baylee and Maycee English; and former wife Shirley English of Bigler; daughters Jamie English of Bigler and Tammy Foster and her husband George of Woodland; son Paul H. English Jr. and his fiancee Christy Schnarrs of Bigler; step-sister Shirley Rudy and her husband William of Sandy Ridge; and brothers Ronald English and his wife Nancy of Houtzdale and Raymond English and his wife Shree’ of West Decatur.
Services will be held on March 24 at 6 p.m. at the BJW Fire Company in Woodland with the Rev. Stanley Wisor officiating. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until the time of service at the BJW Fire Company.
The Heath Funeral Home in Osceola Mills is in charge of arrangements.
