Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

Sometime between 12:01 a.m. March 7 and 12 a.m. Thursday at a South Front Street residence in Philipsburg Borough, a 21-year-old Philipsburg man deliberately concealed the whereabouts of a 17-year-old female. The man was previously advised the victim had been listened in the N.C.I.C. as a missing person, and he was to contact the state police if any contact was made with her. Charges are currently pending.
Police reported an incident of harassment that occurred at 5:30 a.m. Friday at a South Second Street apartment in Philipsburg Borough, Centre County. Two Philipsburg adults became involved in an argument during which both shoved each other. Summary charges will be filed against both as a result of the incident.
