Police Report: Clearfield Borough

Police were dispatched to a Nichols Street business for a reported intoxicated male. Officers located the male and found that he was under the influence of medication. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Clearfield County Jail. He will be arraigned on charges of possession with the intent to deliver controlled substances and public intoxication.
A Clearfield man was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol early Thursday morning. Charges are currently pending the results of a legal blood draw.
Police were dispatched to the area of West First Avenue for a report of loitering and prowling. The complainant reported that a male who stood about 6-foot was observed in her backyard by the garage. The area was checked with negative results. Extra patrol will be provided.
Police responded to a report of a possible domestic incident. Officers determined that it was verbal in nature and the involved persons were separating.
