Police Report: Clearfield PSP

Police reported an incident of criminal mischief that occurred at approximately 11:55 a.m. at the State Correction Institution at Houtzdale in Woodward Township, Clearfield County. A 47-year-old Philadelphia woman allegedly broke the glass out of the front of a vending machine that was owned by a 35-year-old Altoona man. Damage is estimated at $287. The woman was charged with criminal mischief through the district court.
Police reported theft from a motor vehicle that occurred sometime between Feb. 13 and Feb. 14 at a Black Walnut Street address in Beccaria Township. A person(s) reportedly entered a 66-year-old Coalport man’s unsecured 2000 Buick LeSabre, while it was parked at the aforementioned address. A person(s) reportedly moved a gift card and later used it at the Coalport Mini Mart. The incident is still under investigation
