Police, in conjunction with Clearfield County Children, Youth and Family Services and Clearfield Borough Code Enforcement, are investigating a complaint of unfit living conditions at an apartment building on East Sixth Street. The apartment was reportedly without running water or heat for several weeks.
Police reported an incident of criminal mischief on Sunday. Sometime overnight, someone reportedly kicked a mailbox off its post at a Sheridan Drive address. The incident is still under investigation at this time.
