The apartment was reportedly without running water or heat for several weeks.
- Police reported an incident of criminal mischief on Sunday. Sometime overnight, someone reportedly kicked a mailbox off its post at a Sheridan Drive address. The incident is still under investigation at this time.
- Police responded to an East Fifth Street for a disturbance. The incident is still under investigation at this time.
- Police observed a female who was along an East Pine Street residence. When officers reportedly attempted to make contact, the female fled but was apprehended. The female was found to be under the influence of alcohol.
- Police arrested a 28-year-old female for driving under the influence following a traffic stop along North Third Street.
- Police responded to Witmer Street for a structure fire. Officers used a fire extinguisher to put out the fire in the kitchen. No injuries were reported.
- Police reported an incident of harassment that occurred along East Market Street.
- Police handled an alarm along Nichols Street and found an employee had accidently set off the alarm.
- Police assisted a motorist who was changing a flat tire along West Pine Street.
- Police responded to East 12th Street for lines that were down along the roadway.
- Police assisted a motorist who had their vehicle stuck on the railroad tracks along Williams Street.
