Police Report: PSP DuBois

Police responded to an incidnt of simple assault at a residence in Huston Township, Clearfield County. According to the report, a Penfield man struck an 8-year-old boy with a wooden paddle on his buttocks repeatedly causing the boy’s entire buttocks are to be bruised. He was arrested and charged with simple assault and harassment. He was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Richard Ireland and committed to the Clearfield County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
Police are investigating an incident of criminal mischief that occured at the Minit Mart, Penfield, Clearfield County. Someone used a sharp instrument to damage the finish on a Ford Escape while it was in the parking lot. Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP DuBois at 371-4652.
Police are investigating an incident of indecent exposure in Snyder Township, Jefferson County. According to the police report, a 32-year-old man from Brockway exposed his genitals to another man soliciting him for sexual interaction. The investigation continues.
