FOX TOWNSHIP – A St. Marys man was taken into custody for a burglary and sexual assault that occurred on Feb. 16.
According to the state police in Ridgway, Thomas Krivonyak allegedly forced a Fox Township woman’s residence then sexually assaulted her. Police took Krivonyak into custody on Feb. 17. He was arraigned and placed in Elk County Jail in lieu of bail.
