- Police are investigating the theft from a motor vehicle that occured in the Village of Blain City, Beccaria Township between Feb. 13-14.  Unknown actor(s) entered the victim’s unsecured 2000 Buick Lasabre was it was parked at a residence along Walnut Street and removed a gift card. The gift card was later used at the Coalport Minit Mart. The investigation continues.
