Lenora M. Fletcher, 90 of Clearfield,PA passed away on Feb. 16, 2011 at her home.
Ms. Fletcher was born on July 18, 1920 in Wendling, Oregon, the daughter of the late Harvey and Emma (Coudriet) Koozer.
She was a homemaker and her family was her life. She was known for her baking and cooking, but also enjoyed gardening and her flowers. Mrs. Fletcher also loved to watch horses.
She was Lutheran by faith.
Mrs. Fletcher is survived by three sons: DeWayne M. Fletcher and his wife Patricia of Clearfield, Larry W. Fletcher and his wife Dorothy of DuBois and Jerry L. Fletcher and his wife Peggy Of Clearfield; nine grandchildren: Linda Knepp and Suzanne Fletcher of Curwensville, Vicki Harper, Daniel, Joseph, and Jason Fletcher all of Clearfield, Sheri Witter of State College, Sean Fletcher of Vail, Colorado and Stephanie Costello of Virginia . Also surviving are eleven great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren; one brother, Mervin Koozer and his wife Vonnie of Iowa and many nieces and nephews.
Ms. Fletcher is preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, Marl L. Fletcher whom she married on August 29, 1936 and who died on November 23, 1998; four sisters: Elma, Verlee, Eileen and Naomi and three brothers: Ward, Arville, and Wesley.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Feb. 21, 2011 at the Bennett and Houser Funeral Home, Inc., of Clearfield, PA with Pastor David Letscher officiating. Interment will be in the Crown Crest Memorial Park, Hyde, PA.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on February 20, 2011 from 4-8 p.m. and on Monday from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of the services.
