Open Ice Skating Called Off at Parker Dam

PENFIELD – There will not be any Open Ice Skating sessions scheduled at Parker Dam State Park from now through at least President’s Day weekend (Feb. 18-21 ) due to degraded ice conditions brought on by the warming temperatures. 

Should temperatures return to favorable levels for ice conditions during the day, as well as at night, Open Ice Skating sessions will be announced as they were earlier during the winter season.  Please contact the park office at 814-765-0630 if you have questions.
